Trent Lovewell recently was featured in a story on KETV about ice dams on roof.
The record amounts of snowfall we have been experiencing has led to a buildup of snow and ice on our roofs. As it melts and refreezes, ice dams form and can damage the roof of your house.
If you can safely reach the snow on your roof from the ground, we recommend pulling what you can down with a roof rake. We do not recommend getting on your roof to remove snow – it is too icy and unsafe.
If you notice leaking and are concerned about damage – call the professionals!
Spring will be here soon!
